CARMEL, Ind. – Mainstreet, the nation’s largest developer of post-acute health care properties, has added three new hires to its Carmel, Indiana-based office.

Scott Juetten is Mainstreet’s new vice president of financial operations, Mainstreet Health. He comes to Mainstreet from Kindred Healthcare, where he served as vice president and controller of the nursing center division. Scott earned a bachelor’s degree from Pacific Lutheran University and a master’s degree from the University of Michigan. 

Dave Martin has joined Mainstreet as vice president of development. He has more than 25 years of real estate development experience. Dave comes to Mainstreet from Duke Realty, where he most recently served as vice president in the health care division. He earned his bachelor’s in marketing from the University of Evansville and is a certified commercial investment member. Dave is a board member for the TriMedX Foundation and is on the development advisory team for the Haitian Christian Outreach.

Ellen Rychlik, RN, BSN is Mainstreet’s new director of clinical education and quality, Mainstreet Health. She brings a wealth of experience to Mainstreet that spans the continuum of health care, from Duke University Medical Center to the Elderwood Organization, wherein she served as the director of nursing and clinical services for more than a decade. Ellen earned her bachelor’s in nursing from Niagara University. She is a member of the Oncology Nursing Association and speaks nationally on quality improvement strategies in health care.
