CARMEL, Ind. – Mainstreet, the nation’s largest developer of transitional care properties, is proud to announce the newest additions to its award-winning team.
Amanda Good has joined Mainstreet as an executive assistant. Most recently, she worked at Sandor Development Company. Amanda graduated from Ball State with a social work degree. She currently volunteers as a youth group leader at Gateway Community Church.
Erik Hansen is the new chief compliance officer – broker dealer at Mainstreet. His previous experience includes time at OneAmerica Financial Partners, Inc as an assistant general counsel and Bracewell LLP as an associate attorney. Erik holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. He volunteers with Starfish Initiative and serves on the Brebeuf Jesuit Alumni Board.
Kelly Henderson is the new director of marketing at Mainstreet. Most recently, she served as the director of marketing and digital services at Koorsen Fire & Security, where she established and developed the marketing and digital program within the company. Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from IUPUI and is currently pursuing her master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Lynda Huff is a new executive assistant at Mainstreet. Her previous experience includes time at Regions as the executive administrative assistant for the area president and at Fifth Third Bank as the regional administrative assistant. Lynda earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She and her husband are actively involved with the Indianapolis Fire Buffs and attend Genesis Church.
Paul Madden has joined Mainstreet as the new construction manager. He comes to Mainstreet from Firestone Building Products where he served various roles including strategic accounts manager, national technical manager and training services manager. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, management and technology and an associate’s degree in architectural technology.
Toby Miller is the new design manager at Mainstreet. Most recently, he served as a senior CAD operator at Simon Property Group, where he was responsible for managing all drawing of lease and development plans for more than 20 properties nationwide. Toby earned two bachelor’s degrees from Ball State University. He volunteers at Grace Community Church as part of the construction/build team.
Sonja Nelson is the new vice president of strategy and business development, Arizona for Mainstreet Health. She has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining Mainstreet, she served as the director of strategy and planning for Banner Health. Sonja earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix and her master’s degree in health innovation from Arizona State University. She currently serves on the Westmarc Economic Development Council, and teaches health innovation leadership to Master’s students at Arizona State University.
Elizabeth Racine is the new vice president of clinical operations, Texas for Mainstreet Health. She comes to us from Harden/TRISUN Healthcare where she served as vice president of clinical operations. Her previous experience includes regional nurse consultant, director of nursing and wound care consultant. Elizabeth holds an ADN and is currently pursuing an MSN from the University of Texas at Arlington. She volunteers with several organizations including Special Olympics, American Nurses Association and Texas Nurses Association.
Mary Ringis joins Mainstreet as the new asset manager. She has more than 20 years of property management experience. Prior to Mainstreet, Mary served as a general manager at Zeller Realty, where she was responsible for overseeing the management and operations of Market Tower and the property management team in the Indianapolis area. She holds a BS in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a certified property manager. Mary is a member of Indy CREW and BOMA, and volunteers with Dress for Success and St. Maria Goretti.
