CARMEL, Ind. – Mainstreet, the nation’s largest developer of post-acute health care properties, has added three new employees to its Carmel, Indiana-based headquarters.

Susan Berry has joined Mainstreet Health as the vice president of business development. Most recently, Susan served as the director of operations with IPC Healthcare in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to her role with IPC Healthcare, she was the director of health services and director of institutional based plans with Bravo Health managing the day-to-day utilization management of 20,000 Medicare Advantage members in the state of Texas, implemented strategies to improve performance and evaluated utilization trends. Susan earned her nursing degree from San Antonio College. She is a member of the Case Managers Society of South Texas and the AMDA - The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine.  

Jeff Key is the new vice president of business development at Mainstreet. Most recently, he served as vice president of the US healthcare systems team at The Medicines Company, where he cultivated new business opportunities with national systems and group purchasing organizations. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and completed the Program for Pharmaceutical and Biotech Executives at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He currently holds a position on the Western Kentucky University National Alumni Board of Directors. 

Scott Roberts is the new director of strategic projects, business development at Mainstreet. Scott joins Mainstreet from TriMedx, where he served as manager of strategy and product development. Prior to TriMedx, he spent time at Franciscan St. Francis Health. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and earned his master’s from Indiana Wesleyan University. He received an executive certificate in leadership from the University of Notre Dame and was the recipient of the 2008 Tony and Mary Hulman Healthcare Achievement Award in Preventive Medicine. Scott is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Indiana Healthcare Executive Network and the Murat Shrine – Shriners Hospitals for Children.
