CARMEL, Ind. – Mainstreet, the nation’s largest developer of post-acute health care properties, has added three new employees to its Carmel, Indiana-based headquarters.

Gavin Cahill joins Mainstreet as a marketing copywriter after years in the marketing agency world. Prior to Mainstreet, Gavin was the director of content strategies at Gear Marketing. Before Gear, he started his own content creation company called Murphy-Cahill Creatives, providing content, design, and strategy services for small to mid-sized businesses and marketing companies. Hailing from a creative background, his pre-marketing experience covers a wide range of roles across the entertainment industry from production to performing. Gavin earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from Northwestern University.

Darin Leonardson has joined Mainstreet Health as the director of culinary and guest services. Darin, who lives in McKinney, TX, brings more than 25 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry to the Mainstreet Health team. Darin joins Mainstreet from Golden Living, where he served as the director of hospitality and dining since 2012. Prior to Golden Living, Darin has held various culinary positions with other senior living organizations, high end restaurants, and corporations, including a stint as the executive chef at Google. Darin earned his culinary degree from South Seattle Community College.

Sara Wade is the new market research and feasibility specialist at Mainstreet. Sara joins Mainstreet from Interactive Intelligence, where she was a solutions marketing manager. Prior to her time at Interactive, she worked at Bells Brewery and Klipsch Group Inc. focusing on customer product and brand marketing and research. Sara earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and also holds a PMP Certificate.

Mainstreet is a national investment company specializing in real estate development, value investments and health care.
