CARMEL, Ind. - Mainstreet, the nation’s largest developer of transitional care properties, is kicking off the New Year by adding eight new employees to its award-winning team. 

 

Mark Burge has joined Mainstreet as the new general superintendent. He has over 30 years of construction industry experience. Most recently, Mark served as general superintendent with Flaherty & Collins Properties. Mark graduated from Wesleyan Christian Academy and volunteers with his church and special needs children.

Stephanie Cook joins Mainstreet as a human capital business partner. She has over 11 years of human resources experience providing strategic support in startup and fast-growing companies. Prior to joining Mainstreet, Stephanie served as a human resources business partner for Ascension Ministry Service Center. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Marian University. Stephanie and her husband are members of St. Monica Catholic Church.  

Jeff Gater is Mainstreet’s newest senior associate – capital markets. Prior to Mainstreet, he served as senior investment analyst at Lincoln Financial Group, where he was responsible for manager research and due diligence on existing and new sub-advisors, as well as portfolio construction and analytics on internally managed asset allocation funds. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics and earned the CFA designation in 2011.  

Brett Henninger is Mainstreet’s new talent acquisition specialist. He comes to us from Monster, where he served as the internet recruitment specialist. Brett has a bachelor’s degree from Marian University. He volunteers with Marian University, assisting students with preparation on entering the workforce. 

Amanda McKinney has joined Mainstreet as the new assets and acquisitions coordinator. Her previous experience includes time with Lakeside Energy LLC as an executive assistant and office manager and with GATX Corporation serving as an executive assistant and, most recently, as an asset manager. Amanda majored in communications at Millikin University and DePaul University

Rod Musselman is Mainstreet’s newest development manager. He brings over 35 years of experience to Mainstreet. Prior to Mainstreet, Rod served as senior vice president at Miller Valentine, where he was accountable for all aspects of super-regional multi-family apartment development. He earned bachelor degrees from Emory University and Florida Southern College. He was named RESSI Syndicator of the Year and is a three-time winner of the Governor’s Award for Historic Preservation and Adaptive Re-use. Rod volunteers with United Way and Freestore Foodbank in Cincinnati. 

David Ryan joins Mainstreet as a business intelligence manager. He comes to Mainstreet from the State of Indiana, where he served as deputy IT director of business intelligence. David has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Purdue University-Calumet. He is an overnight shelter volunteer at Lafayette Urban Ministry. 

Parker Woods joins Mainstreet as a senior IT server and infrastructure administrator. Prior to Mainstreet, he served as managing partner at Cedar Technology Integration. Parker holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Purdue University. 

Mainstreet is a national company specializing in real estate development, value investments and health care.
