The project, which represents a total investment of $14.2 million in the community, created more than 350 construction jobs and 120 part-time and full-time jobs at the Center.

“The Wellbrooke of South Bend is an illustration of what health care should be,” said Zeke Turner, founder and CEO of Mainstreet. “We know that our aging Americans want more today – more services, amenities, attention – and our Next Generation properties deliver that. We are transforming the health care industry across the country with our focus on innovative designs and hospitality-oriented care.”
