Mainstreet has announced five new hires, adding a human resource generalist, an executive assistant, a construction manager, a financial analyst and a communications and media manager.
Susan Bartle has joined Mainstreet as the human resource generalist. Her responsibilities in this role include recruitment, new employee orientation, performance evaluations and benefits. Most recently, Bartle served as a recruiting specialist at VMS BioMarketing. She has 12 years of executive and corporate recruiting experience. Bartle is an Indiana University graduate. She lives with her family in Noblesville and is actively involved with the Christian Youth Theatre and Northview Church.
Anne Bearman has joined Mainstreet as an executive assistant. She has nearly a decade of experience in the real estate and construction industries and comes to Mainstreet from Buckingham Companies. Bearman is a graduate of Tri-State University (Trine University) and has a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business management and a minor in marketing.
Tim Roberts has joined Mainstreet as the construction manager. With 30 years of experience, Roberts reviews every project under construction. Most recently, he worked for Buckingham Companies. Roberts is a Purdue University graduate. His volunteer work includes Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church and Habitat for Humanity. He lives with his family in Cicero.
Brittany Shuler has joined Mainstreet as a financial analyst, responsible for market study analysis, forecasting, and preparing and analyzing budgets. Shuler is a recent graduate of Manchester University and has a finance degree.
Kit Werbe has joined Mainstreet as the communications and media manager. She brings more than 12 years of experience in communications, media and public relations, public affairs, and television to the company. Werbe has been on both sides of the camera, first starting her career in television news. She worked as a producer, reporter and anchor at stations in Indiana, South Dakota and Iowa.
Her communications and public relations experience includes time with the American Red Cross of Greater Indianapolis, the city of Indianapolis, Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health and U/S Sports Advisors. Werbe graduated from Indiana University where she studied journalism and political science. She is a member of the Junior League of Indianapolis, Northview Church and the Public Relations Society of America.
