Mainstreet, the nation's largest developer of post-acute health care properties, is announcing the latest hires to its award-winning team.


 

Charissa Birnbaum is Mainstreet's newest administrative assistant. She comes to Mainstreet from Pine Cove Camps in Texas. She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and studied psychology and fine art. Charissa is a ceramic artist and is very involved with the Harvest Bible Chapel in Fishers.

 


 

Randy Henry has joined Mainstreet as the new director of investor relations. His previous experience includes two years as chief financial officer at Temp Control Services and 14 years at Duke Realty, where he also served as director of investor relations. He graduated from Indiana University. In his spare time, Randy is a youth basketball and soccer coach.


 

Michael Kessler is Mainstreet’s new information technology director. Most recently he worked at Indiana University Health Tipton Hospital as the director of information services. Michael is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and studied electronics and computer engineering technology. He is an active volunteer in the Kokomo, Indiana area.

Michael Viscusi has joined Mainstreet as the new senior associate of capital markets. He comes to Mainstreet from Hatteras Funds, where he served as a senior portfolio analyst. Prior to Hatteras Funds, Michael was an associate vice president at Aspen Partners, an alternative investment firm. He earned a B.A. from St. Andrews Presbyterian College and an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
